Yes, Rateium is completely free to use.
All core features are available at no cost, and you can browse, search, and interact with servers without any charges.

In the future, we plan to introduce optional premium features designed to enhance your experience — such as server promotion tools and advanced analytics. However, these will never be required to use the platform or access its main functionality.

Not yet — but we’re actively working on expanding support for console game servers in the near future. Stay tuned for updates!

No — an account is required to leave reviews or favorite servers. This helps maintain accountability and prevents spam or abuse on the platform.

To add a server on Rateium, simply click Search from the top navigation bar. Enter the server name or IP address into the search bar—if it already exists in our database, it will appear alongside similar matches.

If your server isn’t listed, you’ll see the option to Add Server directly from the search results. Once added, return to the homepage and use the search at the top of the server list — your server should now appear at the top of the list.

You can now favorite, rate, and review the server to help others in the community discover it.
Note: If the server does not show up after adding it, the game it belongs to may not yet be supported by Rateium.

To change your password, go to your Dashboard page. Enter your old password and then your new one. Your password will be changed instantly.

If your account is banned, you will receive an email notification explaining the reason and duration of the ban. Depending on the severity, bans can be temporary or permanent.
